In the continuous effort of the Governor Ambode led administration to light up Lagos, the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway has just become a realisation.
According to the Lagos state governor, Ambode took to social media to write;
“This administration will ensure that no part of the state is left untouched in the Light Up Lagos Project initiative. I was pleased to switch on the power circuit to light up the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway (Ile Zik – Toll Gate, Sango Ota), during the commissioning of the newly installed Street Light infrastructure, yesterday, Tuesday, April 12, 2016.”
Ambode said that the initiative was part of the promise of building a 24/7 economy that would create employment and wealth for the people.
He assured that his administration would ensure that no part of the state was left untouched in the Light Up Lagos Initiative.
